1. Is the pricing on your site up-to-date?

2. What colors are available in your plastic products?

Our standard color option is black. IRP has the option of making any product in a multitude of colors, but these colors are only available if minimum order quantities are met.

3. Can I order replacement parts, such as drains, lids, and casters?

Yes, IRP offers replacement parts. Replacement parts can be ordered under the PRODUCTS > REPLACEMENT PARTS tab under the top menu. For inquiries regarding the part needed for your specific unit, please email customer service at customerservice@irpinc.com.

4. Can I order custom branding for my Grizzly items?

Grizzly Coolers, Grizzly Drifters, and Grizzly Drinkware can be customized with a logo or graphic. Minimum order for drinkware is 1 case (12 units per case). Minimum order for Coolers and Drifters is just 1 unit. Pricing varies based on quantity order, so contact customerservice@irpinc.com.

5. Can I order custom graphics for my RotoTough units?

Custom graphics for special events like graduation parties, anniversary parties, weddings, bridal showers, birthdays, and baby showers can be ordered for a custom graphic upcharge. Unfortunately at this point in time, we cannot process this type of order via the website. Please contact customerservice@irpinc.com to get started on placing your order.

6. Can I upgrade my lid or caster options?

Yes, upgraded lids and casters can be purchased for an upcharge. Currently these options aren't available online. Please contact customerservice@irpinc.com to get started on placing your custom order.

7. How long will ice last in my RotoTough unit?

Ice rention will vary depending on the RotoTough unit, the amount of ice used, ambient temperature, and exposure to sun. Our larger units like Super Arctics and Texas Tankers will preserve ice for 8 hours or more. Smaller countertop units may need the ice replenished every couple of hours.

8. What is your return policy?

Due to the size of our RotoTough products, returning items is cost-prohibitive. IRP will accept returns on visibly undamaged merchandise in the original packaging or box within 30 days. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer and the original shipping cost will not be refunded. All returns, and exchanges, may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

9. What is your warranty?

IRP offers a one-year warranty against manufacturer default.

10. What is your lead time? Can I expedite my order?

In-stock items will typically ship within one week. During periods of high-order volume, items may take slightly longer to ship but you will be notified if the lead time is expected to exceed one week. Some orders may be expedited for an additional freight upcharge. Please contact customerservice@irpinc.com if you would like to place a Rush Order.
