FABRICATION & THE FUTURE

IRP has significant experience in the design and fabrication of carts and kiosks, and IRP equipment can be found in over 200 professional or collegiate sporting venues. IRP’s explosive growth in the fabricated equipment sector is due in part to their innovative designs, superior products, and the ability to meet crucial project deadlines on time and within budget. IRP’s entire fabrication process is streamlined because all elements of design and production are kept in-house, allowing maximum efficiency and quality control. This means all projects ship straight from the IRP facility where they are designed and fabricated. All IRP fabrication equipment is proudly made in the USA.

IRP clientele take comfort in knowing that IRP has complete control over their product from start to finish. Quality Control Technicians handle every aspect of prepping for shipping including wrapping, packing, and crating. In addition, the assigned Project Managers will ensure all equipment arrives to the facility in pristine condition. A majority of our clients opt to use our crew to facilitate with setup and install.

ORIGIN STORY REFLECTING IRP'S PHENOMENAL GROWTH

It's easy for IRP’s humble grassroots origin story to get overlooked given the continued horizontal growth of the company. The family-owned company was formed in 1983 as ‘Super Cooler’, the original creator of the keg cooler. In 1986, Super Cooler changed its name to Iowa Rotocast Plastics to better reflect the continually expanding product offerings, and in 1987 the production was moved to a larger facility in Decorah, IA. Since it’s inception, IRP has had three relocations and numerous physical expansions due to growth. The current IRP manufacturing plant based in Decorah is now over 200,000 square feet, with production running 24 hours a day, five days a week. All IRP fabricated equipment and RotoTough products are proudly manufactured in the heartland of America.

IRP is capable of turning your idea into a reality, whether your idea is a custom roto-molded plastic product or a grandiose kiosk for your theme park or resort. IRP’s dedicated team has a proven track record of delivering finished products on time and within budget.

If you dream it, IRP can build it.
