Project Manager/Engineer

Iowa Rotocast Plastics, a top rotational molder in North America, has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Project Manager/Engineer. Full time position based out of Decorah, IA.

Responsibilities

•   Design quality, engineered solutions that meet customer’s needs, meet or beat budget constraints, and allow for efficient manufacture
•   Provide quote packages to sales team in timely manner
•   Logical thinking with creative problem-solving ability
•   Plan and schedule project timelines
•   Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
•   Analyzes project profitability and margins
•   Design and present new product ideas
•   Provide production prints
•   Able to adapt to diverse manufacturing processes
•   Communicating results to the team and management
•   Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

•   Ability to use Solidworks, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
•   Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills
•   Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
•   The ability to work as a team or individually
•   Mechanical skills a plus

Lead Fabricator & Fabricators

Iowa Rotocast Plastics, a top rotational molder in North America, has an exciting opportunity for highly motivated fabricators in our custom fabricated cart division. Full time position 2nd shift (2:00 pm – 10:00 pm) based out of Decorah, IA.

Job Functions

•   Operate equipment used in welding and metal fabrication including band saws, grinders, break, shears, drill press and various hand tools
•   Handle a variety of materials such as steel, aluminum, stainless steel, ACM, galvanize
•   Experience in TIG and MIG welding preferred
•   Assemble fabricated components and other parts
•   Must possess a keen sense of attention to detail
•   Must have a good math aptitude and know how to read a tape measure
•   Self-motivated and able to work individual or as a team
•   Perform other duties as assigned
